Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain general E&M installations such as electrical, plumbing & drainage, fire services, air-conditioning and lifts etc.
• Coordinate and conduct regular repair and maintenance works for building properties
• Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure workplace safety during course of maintenance works
• Prepare simple tenders and sealed quotations in response to users’ requirements
• Attend emergency calls and I.O./ O.C. meetings as and when necessary

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate or above in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering/ Building Surveying/ Technology or related disciplines
• Holder of registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A/B/H) is an advantage
• Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in building maintenance and improvement works; relevant experience gained from property management companies will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills with ability to work with people at all levels
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good command of computer skills including MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD
