Client Details

Our client is a renowned educational institution and they're seeking for Technical Services Engineer, Maintenance & Repair to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible on Manage daily operations of school facilities & maintenance and repair works.

Description

• Manage daily operations of school facilities, including maintenance & repair works
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of school facilities. Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to facility services and capital projects.
• Collaborate with school administration to ensure facilities are aligned with educational goals, safety standards, and community needs. Develop and manage budgets related to facilities management, including forecasting and cost controls.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field
• REW A0/B0 is preferred
• Minimum of 4-5 years experience in technical services management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Command in English and Chinese
