Responsibilities :

Reporting to the Building Superintendent, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

• To supervise the tradesmen, technicians and contractors to effect optimal deployment to ensure good quality of building maintenance services being delivered
• To prepare work orders for retrofitting of building and installation defects
• To coordinate with users and contractors and monitor site works for implementation of the defects rectification and new installation works 
• To assist in planning, preparation of design, budget, and programme and tender management

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Building Surveying/Studies, Building Services Engineering or relevant disciplines with a minimum of 6 years’ relevant working experience, or
• Higher Diploma in Building Surveying/Studies, Building Services Engineering or relevant disciplines with a minimum of 12 years’ relevant working experience
• Practical experience in identifying symptoms or phenomenon of building defects and know-how in defect rectifications
• Knowledge in relevant local and international regulations, procedures, standards and codes of practice
• Preferably with a valid HK driving license (Classes 1 & 2)
• Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
