Company Overview

 

Responsibilities

  • Purchase maintenance materials and keep inventory records.
  • Attend IO meeting to explain maintenance items when necessary.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of on-site technicians.
  • Prepare tender documents and technical procedures on engineering works.
  • Scrutinize and monitor in-house renovation works to ensure the works comply with ordinance and other requirements
  • Plan and implement preventive maintenance work schedule to minimize breakdown or failure.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Holder of Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 - 6 years' working experience in property maintenance.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A) preferable and Safety Card
  • Knowledge in air-conditioning maintenance work / renovation works preferred
