Job Description:

• Plan & coordinate technical training programs for our professional staffs including design of training curriculum and delivering the training;
• Source value training or seminars for our professionals;
• Maintain and develop internal quality control & audit procedures and documentation;
• Provide technical support for our front line professionals;
• Assist in any ad-hoc assignments when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder major in accounting;
• Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years experiences in practicing CPA firm (exposure in technical or training is a plus);
• Experience in handling listed companies, pre-listing IPO's, due diligence and other special assignments will be an advantage;
• Strong passion to develop career in technical, research and training aspects;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently;
• Proactive with positive attitude and good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Supervisor.
