As an Technical Lead - AI/ML Platform, you will be involved in both the development and operation of next generation AI/ML Platforms and ensure they remain secure, performant, and reliable. You will also be involved in the design of other solutions, matching capabilities to priority business challenges.

Description

• Contribute in AI/ML Platform development, including monitoring, logging and deployment of proprietary, open-source or in-house developed applications
• Oversee the entire solution delivery life-cycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and maintenance
• Develop services and integrate them with internal and external APIs
• Identify and evaluate new technologies that improve performance, maintainability and scalability of our infrastructure, execute PoCs to validate new AI technologic and solutions
• Provide visibility into the structure, state and performance of the AI/ML platform
• Collaborate with Architects, Platform Engineers, Product Owners to deliver software in a continuous delivery environment
• Work closely with data scientists and business stakeholders to assist in the development and deployment of analytics/machine learning models

Profile

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience: Experienced in software engineering and system design is a must, as well as in a technical management role, with focus on AI and innovation
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with AI technologies, machine learning, and developing PoCs
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about technology solutions.
