Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support services to end users
• Daily backup and operation checking on application servers
• Maintain and monitor LAN/ WAN/ VPN performance
• Prepare IT documentation
• Maintain IT Inventory

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
• 1-3 year(s)solid experience in technical support
• Solid experience in PC installation & troubleshooting
• Experience in MS Win7 / Win10 / Win2008 / Win2012 and LAN / WAN infrastructure
• Work independently and self-initiative with pleasant working attitude
