Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all frontline and office staff recruitment including job posting, interview, extend offer, and on boarding process for new hires
  • Explore different recruitment channels, plan, and execute recruitment activities such as job fairs and recruitment day
  • Negotiate and communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for HR related matters
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager, acting as a HR Business Partner to provide HR advice to certain service department
  • Prepare and update various regular HR reports in quality and timely manner
  • Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience in in-house environment 
  • Data sensitive and strong analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, good team player and Organized
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin would be an advantage
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel-V lookup / PivotTable, PowerPoint, etc)
