Company Overview
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all frontline and office staff recruitment including job posting, interview, extend offer, and on boarding process for new hires

Explore different recruitment channels, plan, and execute recruitment activities such as job fairs and recruitment day

Negotiate and communicate with all levels of staff and external partners for HR related matters
-
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager, acting as a HR Business Partner to provide HR advice to certain service department
-
Prepare and update various regular HR reports in quality and timely manner

Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
-
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
-
A minimum of 3 years' recruitment experience in in-house environment

Data sensitive and strong analytical skills
-
Self-motivated, good team player and Organized
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
-
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin would be an advantage
-
Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel-V lookup / PivotTable, PowerPoint, etc)
