  • Client: A US Listed Business Research & Consultancy
  • Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Responsibilities: Leading a team of researchers and recruiters to build the talent network; Recruit key opinion leaders by utilizing strategic methodologies; Interview industry leaders to capture critical data; Support client-facing staff in custom research project; Team members development
  • utilizing a strategic/tactical methodology
  • $30K-45K+. 5-day, medical, bonus

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above
  • Min. 5 years talent acquisition / research related experience gained in recruitment industry
  • Managerial experience with good people management skills
  • Previous experience gained with recruitment agencies highly preferred
  • Native Mandarin speaker and high proficiency of spoken English
