- Client: A US Listed Business Research & Consultancy
- Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
- Responsibilities: Leading a team of researchers and recruiters to build the talent network; Recruit key opinion leaders by utilizing strategic methodologies; Interview industry leaders to capture critical data; Support client-facing staff in custom research project; Team members development
- utilizing a strategic/tactical methodology
- $30K-45K+. 5-day, medical, bonus
Requirements
- Degree holder or above
- Min. 5 years talent acquisition / research related experience gained in recruitment industry
- Managerial experience with good people management skills
- Previous experience gained with recruitment agencies highly preferred
- Native Mandarin speaker and high proficiency of spoken English
