We are currently recruiting:

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end technical design, build and test of system integration solutions for the Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) project
• Liaise with Information Technology Service Desk colleagues under iERP and systems SMEs to document end-to-end system processes and integration solutions
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex integration issues, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions
• Work closely with support teams including 3rd party vendors to understand the details of interface functional & technical issues, ensure efficient resolution activities and provide quality assurance
• Analyse end-to-end system processing issues, identify root causes and work with systems SMEs to propose solutions
• Report progress on technical resolution of integration issues
• Participate in test planning, preparation & execution activities as required
• Apply quality assurance procedures during troubleshooting to review and ensure the quality of project design and test deliverables

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or a related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ relevant practical experience in large scale enterprise systems integration projects, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
• At least 3 years' experience in enterprise systems integration in relevant business domains including financial accounting, project management and engineering
• Experienced in architecture design and hands-on development using various common integration technologies and standards including API-based (RESTful, AsynchAPI) and file-based integration methods (FTP, SFTP, CSV, JSON) and associated implementation & governance considerations.
• Experienced in working with enterprise integration hubs such as MuleSoft, Talend, Informatica or similar
• Proficient in integration testing tools and methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to review, validate and troubleshoot technical requirements with practical recommendations and innovative solutions
• Highly motivated team-player with the ability to work independently
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese

Remarks

• Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
