• Higher Diploma or above in computer studies, information system or related
• MCSE, MCITP or CCNA holder would be an advantage
• At least 3 year's related IT support experience
• Hands-on experience in Exchange server, Active Directory and Veeam backup solution
• Proficient in virtualization platform (ESXi / vCenter)
• Proficient in LAN, WAN, VPN, Fortigate Firewall administration
• Reliable and attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Immediately available is highly preferred

Job Descriptions:

• Provide maintenance, configuration, upgrade and reliable supports of in-house computer systems, networking device & servers
• Maintain and monitor the company's computer system, including the network system, Exchange email system, printing system, AD file server, VM and SAN storage are working normally and smoothly
• Provide technical support in day-to-day company-wide telecommunication and network infrastructures
• Provide IT system design, evaluation, installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting including OS, hardware & software
