Responsibilities :

• Responsible for maintenance system and network infrastructure, logs monitoring, system security and backup process
• Providing support on Serves, Web infrastructure, LAN, VPN , network appliance, database, email system and other computer systems
• To participate for system services delivery
  
• To provide support in office automation activities
• Internal and external IT project implementation
• To provide ad-hoc technical support on mission critical systems

Requirements :

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or in relevant disciplines
• At least 2 years working experience in system and network administration
• Experience in MS Windows server (AD, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, MS SQL)
• Experience in LAN/WAN infrastructure and related network products (Firewall, switches, Web application firewall)
• Knowledge of Virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure)
• Good command of problem solving and communication skill
• Excellent communication skill in both written/spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered
