Duties

• Provide help desk support on all IT aspects including hardware, software, network infrastructure and troubleshooting
• Knowledge on Microsoft and VMware installation, configuration & migration
• Work with Project Manager on server implementation
• Update services details in the system and report to supervisor

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder in Information Technology
• 3 years of relevant experience in administration of Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 and Exchange Server
• Good communication skills of both Cantonese and English
• 5 days’ work, transportation allowance & Medical Scheme
