• Coordinate with operations, finance, and other departments to gather and document business requirements.
• Provide insights and support to the operation including audit reporting and prepare document.
• Analyse the business need with recommendation which align with the business goal.
  
  

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Fresh graduate will also considered
• Experience in claims audit is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
