Responsibilities:

• Write technical proposals.
• Communicate, collect, and analyze system requirements.
• Perform system design and analysis.
• Design and create system test plans.
• Prepare project reports, system specifications, guidelines, and manuals.

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science or information technology related areas.
• At least 5 years working experience in system design or IT consulting.
• Knowledge and experience in system analysis and design.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English or Chinese.
• Critical thinking ability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Project management skills and consulting experience preferred.
