Requirements

• Degree holder

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or Shipping
• Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supply chain operations including order management and coordinating shipment with suppliers and forwarders

• Ensure all correct documentations, invoices and supply chain reports
• Assist in purchase order and sales order processing to ensure on time delivery to business units
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
