Client Details

Our client is a fast growing international education center. They are now looking for an University Student Recruitment Manager for their expanding team.

Description

• Consult and recruit students per year for UK universities entrants
• Take part in on and off-site recruitment events such as education fairs, university interviews and open days.
• Drive improvements on systems, processes, operations and risk management initiatives.
• Motivate, coach and develop new staff, including undertaking performance reviews and creating development plans
• Promote and lead development of programmes and initiatives.
• Monitor visa status and advise applicants during consultations for higher potential of university entries
• Engage with parents and students in regular basis to build strong relationship and achieve high conversion rate

Profile

• 4-5 years relevant working experience; candidates with leadership experience are preferred
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience of studying in the UK and graduates from UK University is desirable.
• The successful candidate must be determined and have strong business acumen.
• Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is mandatory.
