Responsibilities
- Oversee the Store operations in driving the store sales, productivity and efficiency
- Leading a high performing customer facing and service orientated team to promote the brand and to achieve highest quality of customer experience.
- Adhering to and reinforcing the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines
- Motivate the team effectively by being an exceptional role model, and managing all the people and performance related matters (seeking the support of HR as required).
- Build relationships with and support the development of a loyal VIP customer base
- devise and execute strategies for sales generation in order to meet monthly goals and targets
- Create new marketing plans for in-store promotions and customer events, and drive the planning and execution
- Serve as chief liaison for the stakeholders of the brand and solicit new partnership opportunities
Job requirement
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant management experience from the Hospitality / Retail/ Marketing / or Customer Service industry. Store management experience within a luxury sector is required
- Excellency in customer service and communication skills at all levels
- Strong clientele facing and management background with sound commercial and brand awareness
- Proven ability to drive business initiatives
- Excellent leadership and people management skills in building strong teams
- Strong independent who are self-motivated, mature and enthusiastic with a “can-do” attitude.
- Fluency in English is a must and knowledge in Chinese would be an advantage.
