Our client is a leading manufacturing group and they are seeking a Robotic Software Engineer to join their team. As a Robotic Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, integrating and deploying robotic applications and systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to create cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop robotic software for autonomous robots, robotic arms, and IoT applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and deploy robotic applications
  • Participate in software testing and debugging to ensure high-quality performance
  • Develop user-friendly GUI interfaces that fulfil customer needs
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends in robotic software development

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience and proficiency in C++, Python, and Linux for robotic software development
  • Experience with GUI development using Qt/PyQt
  • Familiarity with Robot Operating System (ROS/ROS2) is an essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Passion for creating innovative products and solutions in the robotics field
  • Good command in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
