Site Supervisor (Fitting Out) (Ref:SS-ISP)

Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with subcontractors and supervise workers on daily site work
- Ensure operations meet specified standard and procedural guidelines
- Ensure proper safety conducts are enforced at site
- Control the usage of materials
- Attend regular site meetings and communicate with main-contractor
- Assist Construction Manager in all aspects of project follow-up such as material planning, logistics and transportation coordination e.t.c.
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- T1 Certificate or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant Fitting Out and site supervision experience in Contractor
- Hands-on skills in large-scale residential / commercial ABWF / Finishing / Fitting Out Projects
- Team player with outstanding negotiation skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
