Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
• At least 3 years 
• relevant experience in civil Engineering projects gained from contractor company, preferably with exposure in road and drainage projects;
• Good technical knowledge;
• Proficient in English and Chinese, with excellent communication for public relations work and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work independently with good problem-solving skills.
