Responsibilities:

• To assist the Construction Manager in performing his duties
• To monitor the site progress and Site checking of materials
• To attend Contract Meeting, morning assembly by DMO/EPMO
• To certify safety measures in accordance with safety plan before work commence
• To certify the work in accordance with Specification and Method Statement
• To certify all submitted samples conforming to the Specification

Requirements:

• MHKICW plus 3 year-experience in construction industry, at lease 2 year of which should be in building maintenance organization, or
• Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies plus 5 years post qualification experience, at least 3 year of which should be in building maintenance organizations
• Good supervisory, management, interpersonal and problem solving skills
