Responsibilities

• Assist in full range of sales & marketing activities and administrative support for medical equipment team.
• Prepare marketing materials, PowerPoint presentations, budgeting, monthly report and sales & marketing related analysis.
• Prepare materials and handle the logistics for internal meetings as well as customer-facing symposiums, events, and virtual events.
• Maintaining customer database.
• Team administrative support including but are not limited to: meeting arrangements, invoice processing, answering enquiries calls, filing, catering, stationery ordering etc.
• Assist other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in marketing, business or related field.
• 1 year administration or sales and marketing experience is preferred.
• Prepare monthly report and sales & marketing related analysis.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• A high level of attention to detail and good organization skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, and using computers for a variety of tasks.
