• At least 3 years managerial experience in retail industry
• Manage daily operation such as rosters, front-line man power arrangement, stock records and sales reports
• Proactive, service oriented and pleasant
• Strong drive and business sense
• Ability to guide individuals toward goal achievement, teamwork, motivation and staff development skills
• Excellent in interpersonal & customer service skills with pleasant & outgoing personality
• Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferred
