Requirements

• Degree holder

• 1-3 years Shipping Order Follow Up / Sales Co-ordination / Sales Admin experience
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good interpersonal and communication skill

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for order follow up

• Shipments arrangement
• Coordination with customers, suppliers, factories, forwarder and shipping company
• Handle customers enquires
• Perform ad hoc duties and assignments as required
