Duties :

• Responsible for the full set of shipping & delivery process
• Monitor daily shipment & deliveries
• Follow-up shipping related documents
• Liaise with warehouse and forwarders for shipment arrangement
• Update shipment information into the system
• Arrange shipping-related activities with different local offices & suppliers
• Follow-up on forwarder's invoices
• Review, Modify & implement the company internal shipping system
• Hold recurrent meeting with head quarter in Europe & suppliers in Asia

Requirement :

• Minimum 5 years of logistics relevant experience
• Experience in garment trading or buying office
• Knowledge about different logistic process
• Fluent in English and handle daily correspondence
• Team player
• Problem solver
• Ability to work independently and structure own work to meet all commitments and deadlines
• Ability to work with different tasks simultaneously
• Well-organized & detail oriented
• Immediate available is preferred
