Job Duties / Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Ship registration with Flag State
• Liaise with the ship master, marine departments, various government departments and clients, etc
• Handle relevant custom declaration and immigration application for vessels’ arrival/departure Hong Kong
• Get familiar with Flag State requirements, policies, procedure and International Maritime Resolutions
• Handle regular certificates renewal and provide support whenever necessary in ad-hoc basis

Required Qualifications / Education

• Diploma/Degree or above, Maritime study preferred, 3 years solid marine shipping experience required
• Proficiency in English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), both in verbal & written communications
• Good PC knowledge (Microsoft offices & Outlook)
• Possess positive working attitude, detail minded, self-initiative and responsible and can work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to meet tight timeline
• Immediate available prefers
• Fresh graduate or less experience will be considered for the position of Shipping Assistant to handle ship agency services tasks as a start
