Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct shipping arrangements to subsidiaries and agents
• Handle all shipping related documents and custom declaration (Tradelink)
• Coordinate and follow up with sales, customers, warehouse and forwarder
• Sales administration support to sales team, branches and agents

Requirements:

• University degree holder preferably in supply chain or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in Import & Export and/or supply chain related job function
• Able to work independently and proactively in managing tasks on timely basis
• Excellent communication skill with good command of English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP system
• Immediate available is highly preferred
