- Diploma
- A Managerial level in garment manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle multi tasks independently
- Familiar with LDP/DDP operation
- Excellent command in English speaking and writing
- Good at Microsoft 365

Responsibilities:
- Transforming the current work style into a modern one
- Responsible for planning and implementing overall shipping functional strategy objectives to maximize the efficiency and profitability of the Company, and to achieve the best practices in systems, processes and technology
- Lead a small team for the entire shipping operation including I/E documentation, shipment schedules and logistics arrangements
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers and forwarders to ensure timely shipment
- Collaborate with buyers/merchandising teams to plan orders and schedule shipment
- Monitor the cost of logistics service providers and evaluate their performance
