Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with factories/forwarders in shipping schedule
• Make arrangements, bookings, etc. for shipments
• Handle everyday shipment operation flow
• Control inbound and outbound schedule
• Prepare monthly doc. and handle full set of shipping doc., inv., P/L

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years working practice in shipping field 
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, ect.) and Brio is a MUST
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, with good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure and overtime
• Immediately available is preferred

Working location : Kwai Chung Hit
