SFC Responsible Officer - Type 7

Job Description

• Act as the Responsible Officer (RA7) to manage the regular activities and/or other executive roles of the company upon the appointment or delegation by the company
• Develop and setup automated/electronic trading services
• Monitor and manage the operation and business activities 
• Support matters of the company including market development and any other matters designated by the Board of Directors 

Requirements 

• Diploma or Degree holder in Finance or related discipline
• SFC Responsible Officer Type 7 existing or previous license holder
• Possess relevant experience in handling type 7 activities 
• Knowledge of SFO, regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities and risk management control 
• Possess good communication skills and is proficient in English and Chinese
