Responsibilities:

• Execute daily trade settlement and corporate action operations, monitor settlement cycles and follow-up with clients, counter-parties and sub-custodians for any exception items
• Perform cash and position reconciliation between internal and external records
• Operate various settlement systems, including CCASS, CMU, Euroclear and SWIFT
• Maintain static data in internal custody system
• Assist the team to perform other administrative work

Requirements:

• Degree in business related disciplines with 1-2 years’ relevant experience in settlement or custody operations in banking or financial services industry
• Basic knowledge of settlement operation and custodian business
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus
• Proficient in MS office application
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome
