Responsibilities
- Responsible for assigned floors , guest rooms during shift.
- Work closely with the Service Department to ensure correct room status at all times.
- Inspect regularly guestroom corridors and public areas and check all guest rooms ensure highest standard of cleaning of them.
- Responsible for strict key control.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to Property Department.
- Ensure compliance of Lost & Found procedures.
- Keep floor linen rooms neat and tidy.
- Monitor productivity of the unit.
- Assist with team member training and development.
- Provide one to one instruction to team member members when required.
- Take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
- Promote the hotel and Hilton products and services.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Dipolma holder in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Previous hotel opening experience will be an advantage.
- Good proficiency in written and spoken in English and Chinese. Putonghua knowledge would be an advantage.
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Floor Supervisor.
