Company Overview
Responsibilities:
- Commissioning, claims and service work for marine EGC (Exhaust Gas Cleaning) systems
- Provision of feedback to earlier project execution phases - sales, design, engineering, purchasing and installation
- Adaptable and able to work independently in a proactive and structured manner
Requirement:
- Knowledge and experience related to control system specification and design, PLC programming and diagnostics, marine power distribution, motor control, process sensors and instrumentation, valves, pumps, fans and other process system componentry
- Ability to understand, use and correct electrical and automation schematics and drawings, and related component level documentation
- Some mechanical knowledge is required
- Relevant ‘hands on’ experience in the mechanical and electrical disciplines within a process setting
- Good in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Certificate, Diploma, Associate Degree, Degree in Electrical, Automation, Control Engineering, or Relevant.
- Minimum of 3 years marine or offshore industry experience is preferred
- Good computer skills
- Working on board vessel and sailing is required
- Frequent travel to overseas is required
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Service Engineer.
