Major Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily distribution center operations to fulfill customers and account management requirements
• Investigate and follow up operational issues / customer requests and execute action plans to improve
• Support demand and order planning and DC capacity and improvement analysis
• Manage the operations in full compliance of company policies and lawful regulations

Basic Requirements

• Higher Diploma and above; Degree holder is preferable
• 5 years’ experience in distribution center operations with ability to manage sizable team of operators
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good in MS Word/Excel
• Flexible, team work oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels
