We’re seeking a superstar Senior UI Designer to join us. The role is multifaceted, from designing, analysing and optimising digital strategies, to helping clients understand the consumer trends and technologies making the biggest impact on their businesses today. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, the ideal candidate will be working closely with experience designers, project managers, developers and planners to help develop world-class creative works for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized UI components (wireframes, flows, mock-ups, prototypes, etc.) and style guides for company-wide and universal use.
• Communicate with different stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
• Work closely with project team to assess the impact of all interface design and usability changes.
• Research the industry, i.e. to stay updated on best practices, competitor UI designs and emerging technologies.
• Assist with user research and usability studies, translating findings into wireframes and prototypes.
• Co-develop consistent, intuitive architectures.
• Participate in and improve usability testing sessions.
• Support QA to ensure features are implemented accurately.
• Answer briefs to meet product and business needs.
• Provide support and internal training when needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience on a UI/UX Design or similar roles
• BA / BS in Interaction Design, Graphic Design or others related area
• Proficient in Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, InVision & any prototype tools. Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS and the use of various Javascript, but it’s not a must.
• Ability to innovate and offer creative solutions to complex interaction problems.
• Solid UI Design skills with comprehensive creative portfolio & highlighting projects
• Being able to lead and direct design thinking for a wide range of products.
• Hold expert knowledge of UI design principles and techniques that can be applied across all platforms.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate strong presentation skills
• Excellent communications skills in both Chinese & English
