Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 1 year Trading or Manufacturing or Distributor or Buying Office or Sourcing Office field
• Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Follow up order status and coordinate with various parties to arrange timely shipment
• Liaise with overseas customers, suppliers and factories
• Shipping arrangement
• Follow up the shipment status
• Update the order processing system
