Responsibilities:

• Act as business partner between HQ HR and global offices on HR related issues, identifying issues and liaise on solutions. Ensure compliance with Labor Law / Ordinance in global offices
• Handle full spectrum HR duties mainly focus on recruitment, on boarding and exit process for Hong Kong office
• Liaise with user department on manpower needs and identify appropriate channels for talents identification
• Participate in local and overseas recruitment programs and provide support to overseas hiring activities
• Formulate, implement and review HR strategies and policies in alignment with company’s direction
• Maintain timely and accurate employee data and prepare recruitment related statistics for management analysis and review
• Assist in handling various HR ad hoc projects and initiatives, conducts analysis & provide reports
• Prepare regular HR reports for management review
• Support ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines with 6 years’ relevant experience in recruitment
• Hands-on experience in data management and reporting
• Experience in foreign countries administration
• Detail-minded, well organized with a strong analytical mind, initiative and proactive
• Excellent time management, able to prioritise work and work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
