Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support IT infrastructure including POS systems such as Firewall, network appliance, Microsoft servers and switches, LANs
• Knowledge and experience in Windows/MS SQL operations environment
• Provide professional IT support to End-users such as software and hardware support, installation, troubleshooting to the end users in local and overseas sites
• Provides investigation, diagnostic testing and resolution of IT System, Hardware and Software
• Prepare system documentation, operation manual and daily routing job document update according to new business application

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in computer science, information technology or related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years experiences of Technical Support (Less experience will be considered as System Engineer)
• Proficient in infrastructure and support, setup of Microsoft servers, switches, Firewall, etc
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, independent, willing to learn and a good team player
• Working experience of POS system support would be an advantage
• On-job training will be provided
• Immediate availability is preferred
