Job Duties:
-
Provide secretarial support and personal assistance to the Department Head;
-
Perform secretarial duties such as screen phone calls / visitors; distribute and track incoming / outgoing correspondence;
-
Provide administrative and clerical support to the department, such as assist in preparation of documents and maintain office equipment;
-
Co-ordinate meetings and conferences, andtravel arrangements;
-
Attend meetings and prepare minutes; organize and maintain filing system and storage of confidential documents;
-
Maintain database of business contacts and billing record;
-
Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
-
Diploma holder or above, with formal secretarial training;
-
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in sizable organization;
-
Good communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
-
Proficient in MS Office;
-
Detail-minded, mature, responsible and good communication skill;
-
Immediately available is preferred.
