Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor operational controls within shipping and logistics accountabilities, such as work procedures, schedule, shipping priorities.
• Oversee shipping activities, keeping updated shipment records and forwarding relevant information to Accounting Department on shipment of goods.
• Resolve damages and discrepancies with shippers, vendors etc.
• Handle sales orders and monitor equipment and services process.
• Prepare quotations, delivery notes and invoices.
• Keep track and follow up sales orders.
• Liaise with external and internal parties for business activities.
• Handle customers' enquiries and orders.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• DSE or equivalent.
• Min. 10 years with supervisory experience preferable.
• PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing is must.
• Familiar with SAP B1 application.
• Well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure and independently.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese.
