The Job

• Client: A large Fit-Out Contractors
• Position: 1) Senior Quantity Surveyor 2) Quantity Surveyor
• Projects: Fit-out for 5-star hotels, high-end retail and residential properties, Grade A office.
• Location: HK / Macau
• $20-50K

Requirements

• Degree in Quanitity Surveying or related discipline
• Professional qualification preferred but not a must. Eg, HKIS, RICS
• 4-12 years experience in quantity surveying preferably for large-scale fit-out / renovation projects
• Solid all-rounded QS experience.
• Relevant expposure to hotel / retail projects will be an adventage.
• Good communication skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Station is required for Macau position
