• Diploma or above
• At least 8 years of work experience in quality control & production management in sizable factory(1,000+).
• Well-verse in international compliance standard requirements for Japanese markets
• Good knowledge in garment construction, particularly in woven garment
• Good Knowledge in all aspects of quality management processes
• Strong in controlling quality risks and resolving quality issues
• Excellent knowledge of sewing techniques
• Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Long station in China & Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia offshore factory
