Job Requirements

• Proficient in written and verbal communication in English, with extensive knowledge of sweater production.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business teams to ensure the implementation of quality standards.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Well-versed in QMS and technical audits.
• Overseas business travel is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Arrange and supervise product inspection and testing activities to ensure quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables.
• Monitor risk management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report identified issues to support preventive action during development and corrective action at production.
• Lead investigation of product quality issues and coordinate the resolution process in accordance with customer guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Refine procedures for conducting root cause analyses and recommend actionable, preventive solutions for corrective action plans.
• Provide training and guidance to QA team members on systems, policies, procedures, and practices.
• Track, document, and report on quality metrics to the management.
• Implement KPIs and scorecards for evaluation and continuous improvement.
• Recommend best practices for testing, inspection, defect management, and quality improvement programs.
