Job Descriptions:

Provide support to Purchasing Department for procurement activities
Ensure all designated purchases to hotel are in according to the hotel and corporate established policies and procedures
Negotiate with suppliers for the most favorable terms and conditions
Compile price comparison files for all tender packs and kep updated

Requirements:

Diploma/degree holder in Business Studies/ Purchasing or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years experience in purchasing field, preferably in hotel and catering industry, with at least 1 year supervisor experience
Good communication in both written and spoken Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
Knowledge in computer procurement and inventory system is preferrable
High level of intergrity
