You will be required to supervise an on-site team including technical, clubhouse and security teams, manage tenancy and daily property operations, maintain good client relationship for a residential building with clubhouse in Wan Chai.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline;
• Experience in handling tenancy management of residential development will be definitely an advantage;
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in property management of which 3 years must be at supervisory level;
• Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle clients, tenants and other stakeholders independently;
• Strong leadership, self-motivated with good interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Strong in report writing;
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.;
• Those with lesser experiences will be considered for the post of Property Manager.
