Job Description
- To plan, manage and track the progress of various life planning educational projects for youth and schools within prescribed budget and time frame, including writing proposals and reports, directing the implementation and monitoring the quality
- To lead and ensure the youth teams to organise and participate in local and non-local educational activities with an enjoyable learning atmosphere
- To identify and secure cross-sector collaborations for project development, including local and non-local organisations, media, schools and youth
- To handle daily operation of the association including administration coordination, supervision of team members, publication, marketing and branding, new media platform management
- To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Believe in experiential learning, eager to devote and make changes in youth and life planning education
- University degree in any disciplines with 3 years relevant working experience preferably in education projects management
- Strong problem solving skills, creative, self-initiative, good team player, with strong multi-tasks skills and a keen interest in youth education
- Proficient in MS Office, Photoshop, Facebook and web related software
- Good communication and presentation skills is needed, excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese, Putonghua and English
