• We are looking for SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR  - with details as follows :  

THE JOB :

• Role Summary: You will assist the Project Manager in project management, liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers, coordinate direct labour, and provide project administrative support to ensure timely and efficient completion of facade curtain wall and metal works projects in Hong Kong.
• Project Participation: Assist in project management tasks, participating actively in project planning and execution.
• Support Role: Provide support to the Project Manager in coordinating facade curtain wall and metal works projects.
• Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
• Labour Coordination: Coordinate direct labour for efficient works sequencing.
• Project Administration: Provide administrative support to the project leader for overall project management.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Education: Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years in facade, curtain wall or metal works projects
• Skills: Understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction techniques.
• Communication: Proficient in English and Cantonese.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in computer software and project management tools.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
