The Role:    

• Think creatively and strategically about developing a new network and cloud products, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
• Develop strategies, initiatives and all-round product proposition
• Source and evaluate potential technology and products, such as testing of features and functions, highlight comparative advantage among other vendor/models, preparation of evaluation reports, recommend selected product to management according to the strategic direction
• Work with solutions/SI partners to offer bundle packages
• Coordinate with different teams internally to support product idea creation and realization
• Manage and execute ideas to facilitate the development of a product
• Keep up-to-date the latest trends in the telecom industry, apply market insight and creativity in new product development and perform competitive analysis
• Prepare presentation and proposal
• Help to manage product collaterals such as product specifications, price book, T&C, SLA, workflow

The Person:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in product development, or pre-sales in IT & network
• Telecom/cloud product knowledge and experience is required
• Experience in promoting cloud service/ online marketing will be an advantage
• Project or product management experience is a plus
• Good business sense, positive, self-motivated with strong character to take up challenges
• Proactive, self-motivated with passion to achieve goals
• Ability to learn rapidly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Team Player with strong self-learning drive and resourcefulness
• Strong command in making PowerPoint or Keynote Presentation
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with more experience will be in as Senior Product Development Executive
