Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years’ working experience in IT security in the financial sector (insurance preferably).
• Ability to understand business impact of information security risks.
• Strong background in managing cyber incidents and handling daily security operations.
• Proficiency in security frameworks, standards, and industry best practices.
• Proficient communication skills in English and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work independently.
• Self-motivated to work independently and strong passion for learning and growth.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are preferred​.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect company assets.
• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring timely detection and resolution.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to enhance security controls and prevent cyber threats.
• Continuously monitor security systems and processes to detect vulnerabilities and respond proactively.
• Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness programs and training initiatives for employees.
